1. MINIMO ORDINE: 350,00 € netto.
In caso di ordini con importo inferiore verranno applicati in fattura € 10.00 come costi bancari.
2. CONDIZIONI DI SPEDIZIONE: porto assegnato oppure in alternativa porto franco con addebito in fattura dei costi
di trasporto.
3. TRASPORTO: la merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente: in caso di avarie, furti, manomissioni, amman-
chi durante il trasporto, il destinatario dovrà rivolgersi direttamente al trasportatore.
4. IVA: tutti i prezzi indicati in listino sono da intendersi lordi, IVA esclusa.
5. PAGAMENTI: vengono concordati di volta in volta tra azienda e cliente.
6. IMBALLO: imballo standard gratuito. Imballi speciali richiesti verranno fatturati.
7. RECLAMI: accettati per iscritto entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
8. RESI: eventuali resi devono essere autorizzati dall’azienda. La merce viene accettata solo se resa franco nostro
magazzino di Omegna a spese di chi invia il collo.
9. FORO: è riconosciuto il Tribunale di Verbania. L’azienda si riserva la facoltà di apportare modifiche sensibili agli
articoli presenti in questo sito o a catalogo (forme, dimensioni, colori, ... ) senza preavviso alcuno e qualora esigenze
tecniche-produttive lo richiedessero.

In case of smaller value order € 10.00 will be charged on the invoice as bank charges.
2. SHIPPING CONDITIONS: EXW - Ex Our Work, or alternatively free delivered additional transport cost in the invoice.
3. TRANSPORT: the goods travel at the receiver’s risk. In events of damage, theft, tampering, missing during transport,
the receiver will have to contact directly the forwarding agent.
4. VAT: all the prices stated in the price list are to be intended gross, excluding VAT.
5. PAYMENTS: to be agreed.
6. PACKAGING: standard packaging is free of charge. Special packaging requested will be invoiced.
7. COMPLAINTS: accepted only written within 8 days from goods receipt.
8. GOODS RETURN: any returns have to be authorized by the company Pocatino. Return goods will be accepted only
free delivered Pocatino warehouse in Omegna without transport charge.
9. PLACE OF JURISDICTION: is recognized by the Court of Verbania. In case of inside technical request, the company
reserves the right to modify this catalogue (shapes, sizes, colors, etc.) without prior notice.

WATER AND GENTLY NEUTRAL SOAP BEFORE USE (EXCEPT FOR ART. P378 AND P384).
